Refund and cancellation policy:

Registration and payment must be received before Wednesday, November 23, 2005. Due to security considerations, on-site registration will not be permitted.

Cancellations made before Wednesday, November 14, 2005 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after this date and until Wednesday, November 23, will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $50.

Requests for refunds received after November 23, 2005 will not receive a refund, however, substitutions from the same organization are permitted
